ChampionChip

To get an official race time participants must wear a race chip. ChampionChip allows us to accurately record race times. If you pre-register before Nov.21 at noon, you can pick up your chip at packet pick-up or on race morning. Chips are disposable and will not be given to anyone who registers at packet pickup or anyone who registers on race day.  If you want a chip, be sure to register by November 21 at noon.

Kids

Yes – kids are welcome. And yes, they still have to register along with anyone else if they are participating in the race. There will also be a kids play area at the finish line complete with a jump tent, face painting, coloring pages and more. There will be adult supervisors but parents/guardians are responsible for their own children at all times.

Additional Ways To Support Our Beneficiaries

We have two voluntary race-day opportunities for you to further impact your community. We will collect:

  1. Canned goods and gently used shoes for Greenhouse Ministries.
  2. Socks and underwear (new, for children ages 1-12) for Candlewishes.
Labeled donation bins for each charity will be located at the start and finish lines. So while you’re shopping for your Thanksgiving meal, add a few extra canned goods and/or a package of socks or underwear to donate before or after the race.

Support Borodash…for Free!

Participating in Borodash is more than a Thanksgiving morning thing. It can be an everyday thing. Add these icons as your Facebook profile pic or Twitter badge or add them to your blog in the months leading up to the race. This helps us spread the word and, in the end, raise funds for our beneficiaries. Thanks for your support!

That’s it! See you Thanksgiving morning…
